Walk the Walk to Full Self Expression

Every human being needs, not just wants, love, acceptance and support.  Every human being is innately a social being.  Human beings, all of them, want to express themselves in some form.  All human beings want to be heard.  It’s all part of the human condition.  All human beings need to express themselves... it is as critical to our life as air.

Perhaps one of the most difficult truths for some to accept is that they are human.  Whenever we expect that we “can do it all by ourselves,” or expect that we are “above all of that,” we are setting ourselves up to struggle.

Knowing these facts about the human condition, we have set up an environment that is supporting and accepting; an environment that is social and at the same time safe; an environment where one can be heard and be safe; an environment that includes learning and guiding and ongoing support.  In addition we will continue to share the concepts, “tricks,” techniques, etc. that you can use to keep yourself focused and committed on your path to full self expression.  You will learn how to handle yourself when you don’t “feel” like doing it, or when you “don’t want” to.  And you will learn how to motivate, acknowledge and nurture you on your path.

Included in this program...

1.  Full Self Expression group coaching call on Thursdays at 12:00 Noon Arizona time.  Please keep in mind that when the time changes for most of the country the time of the call will still be at Noon Arizona time.  Calls will be recorded and available for 1 week.

2.  One, 30 minute individual call each month.  The topics for these calls will focus on your full self expression goals.  These calls must be used in the month they are offered.  Please have your calls scheduled by the 5th of each month.  Any missed sessions will be forfeited.

3.  Should you choose to, you may participate in a Private Facebook page where you and other members have an additional opportunity to share a tool, an idea, a challenge, etc.  And it s a place to celebrate as well.  Pat will be maintaining the page to make sure all of the posts are appropriate and that there is no marketing or selling on the page.

4.  *Special $50.00 half hour rates for those who want additional coaching beyond the 30 minutes included in the monthly tuition.  Normally $67.50... a $17.50 savings every half hour.
